taxi mafia slow housekeeping
the large breakfast selection at the restaurant was acceptable.
i experienced problems with local taxi services. it seemed controlled by a local mafia, potentially causing issues with grab bookings and creating uncomfortable situations. also, the slow housekeeping was an issue..

fresh food nice touch
The breakfast featured an a la carte menu, so I got fresh food daily. I enjoyed the professional photographer who took pictures. It was a NICE touch.
THE balcony didn't provide good privacy. My neighbors could see me from different angles.

Was superb
ample space jungle view friendly staff
The villa offered ample space and was well-kept. The view overlooking the jungle was amazing. I really enjoyed the tranquil surroundings, a distance away from the crowded center. Staff members like Tama were excellent and friendly. He even guided us on a tour.
The descent to the rooms was quite steep. This setup posed a challenge for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues. I think mechanical assistance could greatly improve accessibility.

The resort features a swimming pool area with provided towels. I noticed available sunbeds for relaxation plus adequate space for all guests. The on-site spa offered a range of treatments, promising relaxation.
